Reservation Software

Help everyone! We are starting to look at reservation software. After hearing some discussion (not very positive...) I'm concerned about the amount of staff time involved. Please share your experiences and name your software company.

Stats

At the ASIG meeting we discussed how we track stats. I am now wondering something more specific about statistics. What stats does your library use to determine staffing levels? Do you use door count, circ stats, a combination, or something else to determine the level of staffing a library needs?
